A Kickapoo Equestrian Center is planned, to include:

State-of-the-art barn
All amenities necessary for event or dressage horse boarding and care
Facility to be owned and operated by active riders.

The first phase of the Kickapoo Equestrian Center construction will include the large show arena with a roof over half the arena, and a barn that will serve as a temporary stables and storage building until the barn is completed. The timing of the completion of the Equestrian Center will depend on the pace of house and lot sales.
